Question for the week

Question 1: When you shake up a bucket with apples of different size the largest apple will appear on the top.
Why?
Question 2: The flame of a candle is sharp at the top.
Why?

  1. One popular theory of why is that the large apple comes up is– the fresh apple– can't stay back down of the container. Because, the large particles{apple} are very less dense than small particles{apple}So, they rise to the top and stay.
